Hi family and friends,
As many of you now know, we are safe and sound in the south of Chile. We were here in Futaleufú erecting the yurt and far south of the affected areas. There are still some people that we need to connect with -friends in Santiago - and are hoping to start hearing from them soon.
I imagine that many of you know more about the extent of this earthquake than we do down here, Our internet and phone services have been indefinitely interrupted and are not functioning as they are connections based in Santiago. We are aware of the destruction that has occurred and the sadness that has come with it.
There was a clothing drive here and it has been incredible to see the support coming from some of our neighbors down here. It is truly a national tragedy.
Please keep the people of Chile in your thoughts and prayers.
